How long does the order processing takes?
Processing times will vary due to demand. In general, your order's processing time will be 3-4 business days.

Can I change the order?
Kindly note that we work hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible. Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed in our system.

Can I cancel the order?
Kindly note that we work hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled in our system.

What is my order status?
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

What should I do if I have not received the order confirmation?
You should receive an order confirmation email shortly after you place your order. If you don't receive one, please:

  • Check your spam folder.
  • Verify that the email you provided us is correct.
  • If the email you provided was incorrect, please send an email to reachclrtheory@gmail.com with the correct address, and we'll have the confirmation sent accordingly.
  • If the email you provided was correct, but you didn't find the confirmation email in your spam folder, please send an email to reachclrtheory@gmail.com and we'll have it resent to you.

SHIPPING

How much is the shipping cost?
Orders over $99CAD will qualify for free shipping in Canada.
Orders under $99CAD will be charged for shipping depending on your order. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

How long does the shipping take?
Clr Theorry ships through standard letter mail with Canada Post. This can take anywhere from 7-21 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Our delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Neither Clr Theorry and Canada Post are responsible for lost packages if your shipping address is entered incorrectly.

What are the countries we ship?
Currently we only ship within Canada.

How can I track my order?
We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?
We accept apparel return/exchanges within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. Returns/exchanges are only accepted for unworn, non-damaged apparel with original tags and packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return/exchange.

All accessories are final sale.

What should I do if I have received a defect or wrong product?
Mistakes happen, if you receive defective/wrong product please send an email to reachclrtheory@gmail.com with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.
